A. Ordering Information

 

1. How do I place an order?

Just FIVE simple steps to check out with us.

  • Step 1: Pick your favourite baked goods and add to cart 
  • Step 2: Proceed to checkout your cart
  • Step 3: Choose your preferred delivery or collection period
  • Step 4: Fill up shipping information
  • Step 5: Proceed to the payment page and you’re all set!
2. How long in advance do I need to place my order?
    • Please allow 3-5 working days to prepare your order before we ship them to you. For bulk order (Baby Full Month, Wedding Gifts etc), please approach us at least 5 working days.
    3. Do you accept cancellation?
      • I am afraid we do not accept cancellation for all food orders. However, if you need minor changes in your order, no promises, but we will definitely try our best to help you out. Chat with us through live chat or email us at hello@augustbakingstudio.com
      4. Can you help to send my item as a gift?
      • Definitely. We believe that happiness is only real when shared. Let us know during checkout and leave your message in the remark. Our team will include a handwritten gift card on your behalf. 

       

       

      B. Shipping Information

       

      1. Do you provide delivery? 

        • Yes, we are providing door-to-door delivery for all orders to ensure minimal damages to both baked goods and gift packaging. 

        2. How long does it take to deliver?
          • For regular items, please allow 2-5 days for us to prepare your order and arrange your delivery. 

           

           

          C. Product Handling & Storage

             

            1. How long is the shelf life of your product? 

              • We do not use artificial additives or preservatives in all our baked items. We recommend consuming it within 2-6 weeks for cookies and 3 days for cakes unless stated otherwise.

              2. Do I need to keep it refrigerated?
                • You could refrigerate after 1 week and reheat in the oven for a quick 10 minutes at 160 degrees.

                3. Is your product suitable for special diets?
                  • We do use dairy eggs in some products. We are not halal-certified but we use no pork, no lard. Chat with us if you would like to find out more about special dietary suitability. 

                  4. What ingredients do you use?
                    • We bake using only fresh ingredients and reduced sugar. This comes from our healthy-centric community. Let’s not compromise our health while enjoying good food. 

                     

                     

                    D. Payment method

                       

                      1. Which payment method is available?

                        • We accept credit/ debit cards payments, PayNow or Bank Transfer when you place your order online.

                        2. Do you accept other foreign currency for payments? 
                          • We understand that you would need some help in sending love to your loved one in Singapore from other countries. Other than credit/debit card services, we accept Bank Transfer to Malaysia bank accounts.                           E. Bulk Order/ Corporate Enquiries

                             

                            1. What is your minimum quantity to entitle for bulk order discount?

                              • A minimum of 20 orders are required. 

                               

                              2. How long in advance do I need to place an order?
                                • Please allow 3-7 working days for our preparation. 

                                 

                                3. Do you provide delivery to different addresses on behalf of the sender?

                                • Yes. We will arrange delivery accordingly to your recipients, with additional gift message cards attached with your gift package.

                                 

                                3. Can i customise my bulk orders?
